I feel at least a little bit pretentious doing this but, clearly Im doin' it....

I need a new logo for my studio as the 1st episode of my new miniseries Johnny X- Cliffhanger is just around the corner. http://www.tmundergr...pisode-1-Teaser

1) Logo must contain: Cottonmouth Pictures Presents: a Johnny Ex film * animated and "comic book" style is nice but a strong logo beats all.

2) All submissions will be posted in this thread.

3) Like I said this is a "mini" comp so the deadline is short- 7 DAYS from today: March 11th 2015.
At which point I will post a poll and you guys (not me) will vote for 5 days on the winner which takes us to 3-16-2015.

4) The prize?: Full acknowledgement in the credits in the series for the logo and of course the first thing the audience sees in the films, after the TMU logo of course, as well as being featured in the TEAM X INTERNATIONAL community page on Facebook.

Like I said I know the whole thing is more than fairly self serving BUT if it garners some chatter and fun around here as well as helping me with my project, then game on.
Thanks for your help and good luck!

For clarification..you want a still image which contains the text "Cottonmouth Pictures Presents: a Johnny Ex film"

or an animated frontpiece for a film?
PC still running after clearest yeah! Now noodling with Plotagon.

It can either be moving or static- and yes, "Cottonmouth Pictures Presents: a Johnny Ex film" - I would prefer animated but a well done still would also work if done well...

thebiz..

Better to know what resolution/size your upcoming flick will be. Whats the native size for The Movies? Someone here should know...

I could probably try for something more tailor made if there's any particular style/elements you want to throw in.

In the spirit of joining in...
http://www.dvolver.c.../movies-1065068
Couldn't quite stick to the competition format due to the limitations of this online animator.

I spent too much time trying to embed this. The code is as follows if anyone has a clue how to do it!

;
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowScriptAccess="never" allowNetworking="internal" height="285" width="381" align="middle" data="http://s3.amazonaws.com/dv_assets/plot_template_lang3.swf?movie_id=1065068"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="never" /><param name="allowNetworking" value="internal" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="movie" value="http://s3.amazonaws.com/dv_assets/plot_template_lang3.swf?movie_id=1065068" /><param name="quality" value="high" />

PC still running after clearest yeah! Now noodling with Plotagon.
