I understand that people want more time but it wouldn't be fair for the ones that made there movies in those time constraints after all that is part of the competition to make a movie between 5 to 8 min long with no words in a certain amount of time.

That's just what I think.

Here is my entry. Apologies for being late with it.

Title: 'Without Words' by Geoff-uk

Running Time: 6 minutes, 35 seconds

Format: WMV

Genre: Comedy/Action/Sci-Fi

Link: http://movies.tmunde...rds-by-geoff-uk

The idea for this spawned from a quick blood test I made, which I decided I could extend into a competition entry. I did a good amount of work on it for the first half, left it for a couple of weeks then spent the rest of the month finishing it off. Somehow, I feel I could have done more with it but I'm more or less happy with how it turned out.

There is some graphic violence involved, but this is lessened by the movie's darkly humorous tone. You may love it or hate it, make your own mind up.

I cant comment on anyone's entry yet but I started watching some of them last night.  Im excited to put some thought to my critique and to hear what Mac and RPO have to say about the entrees.

Hmpff! Bzzz! Snort! Wha? What day is this?

HOLY MOLEY! THE COMPETITION IS OVER!

The only thing worse than having a prolonged illness is having one when you're supposed to be running a competition, but the deadline has come and gone for submissions (and for those who said it couldn't be done in a month, looks like there are a few people who disagreed with you ;) ). At any rate, it is now up to the Royal Triumvirate of Judges to determine who will win those coveted gift cards. Be sure to tune in two weeks from Sunday (that's April 17th for those of you who don't have a calendar handy) at a time that will be announced later in this very thread to watch the movies, the judges critiques, and the awarding of prizes on TMU Live!

EDIT: There is one person from Moviestorm (BensWorld) who asked me how to post his entry over a week ago, and I did not give him a timely answer. I have just given him the instructions for submission and a special dispensation to post his entry late. It seemed the only fair thing to do since it was my fault, not his.

Still creepy as hell. Is the live show part of a Google Hangouts chat? Just thought I'd know.

No, the live show is a combination of streaming video on our server (for the entries) and title cards in between the movies while the judges discuss each film via Skype and ultimately the winner.

Sadly, there will be no chat available (at least at this moment) for today's program. The people who host the chat server are apparently having issues, and so the chat server is unreachable.

We WILL be switching to somebody else this month, since the whole point of having hosted chat is reliability and support - I'm getting neither from 123Flashchat.

Sorry. But enjoy the show.

Just under one hour to airtime, folks! Remember, the broadcast can be seen and heard at TMU Live.

It's a shame about the chat being down, but if you want to make live comments and can open two browsers side by side then you can use the old TMOA Chat -- radio.tmunderground.com/v3chat/flashchat.php

Just copy and paste the address into the second browser, sign in and join the discussion!
