Boston, Led Zeppelin 3, Gorillaz, Porno for Pyros and Sex Pistols (instead of The Bollocks) what a great haul!

Haven't bought anything today, but I have listened to a pretty good album that I haven't before. Sincerely, Future Pollution by Timber Timbre that came out recently, I like it a lot. Might buy it on CD, or perhaps even Vinyl someday.

Thanks! I know, right? Today was a pretty good day for finding music.

Timber Timbre eh? I'll check it out on YouTube. Thinking about buying it? Ooh. Check your local music store to see if they have it. If they do, think about it some more and if your gut is telling you to buy it, buy it. :)

Streaming services have turned my record collection (and yea, my record player - eh, its a small nyc apartment) to dust.  I gave my bestie my record collection to hold onto for the unforeseeable future.  Yea vinyl is cool but takes up space.  In my day, I did a fair amount of thrift store record buying.  That boston record is straight out of the thrift stores of my youth (as are Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass)

Latest albums downloaded....

Kendrick Lamar - Damn

Helms Alee - Sleepwalking Sailors

Neil Young - Everybody Knows this is NoWhere

Space is really what I'm looking before I start collecting vinyl (not that I want a particularly huge collection, but they do take up room, my collection of CD's is bad enough with my current space...)

Don't know Helms Alee, and I'm not familiar with that particular Neil Young record (although I do like his music) but Kendrick Lamar is one of my favorite modern artists, Damn. isn't his best, but it's still Damn. good! lol

That's understandable, I mean, you didn't have much space. That is a lucky friend you have there, getting a record player and all of your records. Ooo wee.

Space seems to be the issue for collecting music in general. I have some space, but what I need to do is get some record bins. I'm lacking in that department.

Do you use Spotify, Biz? That's what I use to check out different music, and if I like it, I'll buy it.

I like Kendrick Lamar's album, Damn. I was trying to look for that today, but the first record store I was at today(Fingerprints) was super crowded. Like, 100 people were there, I mean, it was chaotic. So then I went to Dizzy on Vinyl and that place was better, more relaxed, chill atmosphere. I still didn't find it, but that's okay. I'll go back to Fingerprints when it's not too crazy and I'll ask for some assistance.  I don't know Helms Alee either, I'm gonna check that out on YouTube.
