Is there an .ini or another mod to be able to choose all guns in all scenes that allow guns?

Here is what I know about that:

There are two lists in the "props" folder from which guns can be selected:

"guns.ini" and "automatic_guns.ini."   Hand guns are on the first list, long guns on the second list.  You can edit it as you like.

 

You will need to get a copy of these files, edit them as desired and place them in you game folder: ~data/props.
